If the item you received is damaged or has defect. Please keep all the original packing materials and send us the pictures of the damage and packing material or the defect. We will file damage claim for you against the shipping company if we find it's a shipping damage. If it's our responsibility, we will replace a new one for you after receive the return. Absolutely NO accept any Returns AFTER 7 DAYS from the delivery date.
